Simulation Results – Online Version

About This Project

This website hosts online versions of all figures from the simulation study, presented in our forthcoming preprint. Some figures in the paper are dense or difficult to read in print, so we provide this interactive version for clearer exploration.

Explore the Simulation Plots

Use the tabs above to explore the figures under different bias conditions and for either small or large animal sample size:

  • No Criterion — full dataset
  • Lenient Criterion — conditional on a beneficial animal finding
  • Strict Criterion — conditional on a significant animal finding
  • Small Animal Sample Size — 10 animals per group
  • Large Animal Sample Size — 20 animals per group

Each page includes a full grid of simulation results for various combinations of animal and human treatment effects.

Check missingness

The tab entitled Missingness gives the proportion of missing simulation results due to data generating mechanism for various combinations of simulation parameters.
